The way Aldo makes their employes approach their customers is REDONK. It really all depends on your manager, in Daytona my manager was so chill and believed customer service was more important than sales (which always worked because we made our week all the time), unlike the Florida manager she is so uptight and all she cares about is making her store sales and productivity. yes its good to care but the way they do it makes people run away or nervous like they have to buy something. i never follow the rules, i have my own sales pitch that works way better than aldos.
all you have to do is let them breathe and shop, give them honest advice and mention shoe care, handbags ect, once they have the shoe on. they will love that you are helping them shop other than “making your sales” it works eveytime and thats why i always make my number so my manager will LEAVE ME ALONE hahah. i hate working at aldo, but i love it at the same time.
good! i have 3, and still using them!
